Pieces dont fit anymore

I don't know why but I just cant seem to hit below 13min for 2.4km. I ran thrice this month but all of them about the same timing 1320+min. If I can't make it this Saturday, there goes my bronze $100 for my IPPT.
Anyway I was happy to go out with some of friends last yesterday. At least now I can blade as compared to last time. Well after paying some money for lessons there would be some issues if I cant blade.
I manage to get the pool session going on, on Wednesdays after several 'email incidents'. Ive been playing for 2 weeks now. I sacrifice my lunch time gym session but I guess once in while its OK to hang out with friends. Nonetheless I still could not beat my 'nemesis. He always win 2 games to 1.
